Class Descriptions

Level 1

For those who have always wanted to try a yoga class, but felt too intimidated to walk in, this is the class for you. Instruction will be detailed and clear. Vinyasas will be slow and precise. Emphasis will be on correct breathing and finding your comfort zone. There is no chanting or meditation, only instruction with a good beat.

Mixed

Come one, come all. This class is designed to allow everyone to practice to their personal limit. Each pose and vinyasa will be instructed offering opportunities to go to the next level. If you are feeling a little more confident in the beginner poses, this class will offer you the options so that you can start preparing to accept new positions. Continuing with the theme of "hot and hip," this class has a little something for everyone. Previous yoga experience is suggested but not required.

Advanced

Burn and Firm!! Strong vinyasa flow utilizing upbeat music to intensify your workout, you will be taken through a sequence of advanced postures, arm balances and standing poses. Class is led with a “follow the leader” approach. Minimal talking and maximum sweating. This class will rock your chakras and rock your world! Previous yoga experience is suggested but not required.

Slow Flow

This INTRO to Vinyasa Yoga class will be the perfect end to your weekend. Come prepared to learn a deeper understanding of the poses, their purpose and how to build your practice from the ground up. With major focus on the fundamentals of Vinyasa, this class will provide a more restorative and meditative approach to Vinyasa. The music will be calm and the end result will be a feeling of rejuvenation that will prepare you for the next day.

Class Length - 60 min.

Strong

Combination of vinyasa flow movements and small free weights for increased muscle endurance and stamina. This 65 minute class will begin at the top of the mat and will end with a total body workout focusing on toning major muscle groups while sculpting smaller ones. Previous yoga experience is suggested but not required.

Power Lunch

No time to make it to the gym after work? This class is an intense 50 minute workout that will sweat out the morning waffles and provide the energy for the second half of your work day. This kind of lunch doesn’t require tipping, but the service will make you want to.

Kids Yoga Monthly Workshops

It's never to early to start yoga! We offer KIDS YOGA the 1st Sunday of every month from 2-3P for ages 5-12. This class introduces wee ones to basic poses in a fun and healthy way. Yoga is beneficial for everyone and can be used to help improve all elements of life. We want our kids to identify how yoga is an amazing exercise on the mat, but something they can use off the mat at home and in school. Children will learn yoga poses and apply those poses to games and activities, while all the time learning to breathe. In 60 minutes, kids will be energized, sent to relaxing stillness and experience everything in between. These classes are drop off, but parents are welcome to stay if they want to check it out! No previous yoga experience required. Non-heated class.
